    How to get started!

  • 1st Step

  • A Tri-County representative will call on you at your convenience to review the exact amount of records you wish to store and give you any advice you may need on the best way to pack and index your records.

  • 2nd Step

  • An individualized proposal will be presented to you listing all initial costs and outlining the services you can expect to receive from Tri-County.

  • 3rd Step

  • Tri-County will pick up all records to be stored at our facility. A list will be made of all boxes and a barcode will be attached to each box. This barcode will reflect the box number and its location within our facility.

  • 4th Step

  • All boxes will be transferred to our record center here in Ocala. The data on the barcodes will be transmitted via a scanning process to our document tracking program. This system will virtually eliminate errors such as lost boxes and misplaced files.

  • 5th Step

  • To retrieve a box or file, clients simply call, fax, or email a request. Most requests placed by 10am will be delivered on the same day. Requests received after 10am will be delivered on the next business day. Rush and after hours delivery are both available upon request.
